Delivery charges quoted are for UK Mainland, not for delivery to N.Ireland (BT postcodes), Off Shore UK Islands and Scottish Highlands...please ask us for the cost to deliver items outside UK Mainland as additional charges and delivery times may apply for courier delivery. Although we have the logistic capabilities to accommodate deliveries outside the UK Mainland, additional charges will be applied (although not without the permission of the customer). If you require a quotation before placing an order please feel free to call or email us.
For all orders placed with CN ICE please insure the contact number supplied is correct.
Although we promise to do all we can to achieve delivery deadlines, we like others can not give any guarantees, on this basis claims for consequential loss against CN ICE LTD will not be accepted. We will notify you of any delivery delays by phone or email.
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day following cleared payment being received.
Deliveries
Smaller, lighter items sent via Royal Mail 1st class should reach you within 1-2 days from the date of despatch, however Royal Mail do not guarantee this, 1st class items can still, on occasions take up to 3-4 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding.
Large items and parcels are sent via courier should reach you within 1-2 working days from the date of despatch (orders are despatched each morning Monday to Friday). If you have not received your item after this time please contact us on 01234 757691 Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm or send us a message via the ‘contact us’’ link.
If delivery instructions ask us to leave anywhere without signature, or if asked to drop over gate or similar this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Please note: Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.

Lost items
Items sent via Royal Mail:
Items that have not been received within 14 days will be replaced once we have confirmed the items are lost. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so that we can arranmge a replacement and report the lost/delayed item to Royal Mail.
If items sent via Courier have not been received please contact us so we can locate the tracking details.
Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive. For larger/heavier items sent via Parcel Force please contact us to arrange a collection. For items sent via Royal Mail, please send to the address below. Please note that if the item/s are simply not wanted and are as stated in the advert, consumers are liable for postage costs stated on the invoice, the cost of the item will be refunded, but not the postage cost stated on the invoice. Faulty items will be refunded including postage costs, please send the items back 1st or 2nd class post and obtain a reciept from the post office as proof of postage.
Please include your customer details (see below), items returned with no details may not be able to be refunded if we cannot identify which customer they have been returned from.

Your order number. If you do not have an order number please also include the date of the order and the value.
A short note to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
